Research

I am interested in studying how languages work and how different languages are related to each other. My research goal is to study this connection between languages to create speech processing systems for these languages. I wish to focus my research on underdeveloped and low resourced languages. I believe low resourced languages deserve special attention to solve NLP problems in these languages.

During my undergraduate thesis, we extended Geonames and created Bengali Geonames for spatial feature classification in Bengali language.
